  Hi – i just tried to close my account and it said ‘sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.’

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You couldn’t delete your account because you still have a theme upgrade connected to it. I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
