  Hi there. I’m trying to close my account, but a pop up message says ‘Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.’ Please help.

  You have an active Akismet anti-spam plan that you’re still using on shimagraphy.com

  Since Akismet uses WordPress.com’s account system, you won’t be able to close your account if that Akismet plan is still active.

  Would you like us to cancel that plan?
