  Hi I was exploring your great website to create a website for my Marriage Celebrant Service . I have second thoughts about the webname being too long for potential customers . I wanted to close it. To create a website with a shorter name. Is all that’s needed to do this is to select the delete my accounts option? Sorry for the hassle here.

  you mustn’t close your account or site. It’s very easy to rename your website, https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/
