  I keep getting an error message when I’m trying to delete my website.

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of ptsme.org? That site is not hosted with us, but just connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin.

  You can disconnect that site by going to My Site ->Manage ->Settings and clicking the Manage my connection link at the bottom. But to delete the site itself you’ll have to contact your hosting provider directly instead.

  If you’re unable to close your account it’s likely because you still have an active subscription for the Akismet anti-spam plugin. Please contact Akismet support directly for help cancelling that.
