Closing my account within 30 day trial.

    I don’t understand how posting to a public forum is considered customer support! I need to cancel my plan before the 30 day trial expires. The problem is the charge appeared on my credit card but it was made when logged in as my co-worker. He got the email about the charge. The charge does not appear under my login id.
