Closing my business site

  I am attempting to access my small business site to permanently close it down, but when I went to log in I was told that my email address didn’t match an account with WordPress. The issue is that the email address I input was the exact one that WordPress used to contact me just days before about renewing my site, so it’s obviously connected to the account. Any help on the matter would be appreciated.
