  I need assistance closing this website and WordPress account down. Directions provided still requires me to contact you guys for support.

  I see that your site used to be upgraded to our Business plan, and that is more difficult for you to cancel yourself. We can definitely do that for you however.

  Before we proceed, because this deletion will be permanent, is there anything you want to save on your computer from changingharts.wpcomstaging.com before we remove it from your account?
