    Can you help me cancelling a monthly subscription and closing an acct? It looks like I have more than one acct. Thanks

    Hi there!

    Could you please log in to the account where the subscriptions are and then either follow the instructions here to cancel the subscriptions and close your account or send us a message at this link?

    If you’re having trouble with logging in to the correct account, you can follow one of the steps below to gain access:

    Reset the password

    Please go to https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and enter the email address there. A password reset link will be emailed to you that you can click to change the password of your account. Afterwards, you can use the new password to log into your WordPress.com account.

    Use the account recovery form

    If you were recently charged for a subscription, you can locate the transaction ID for the payment (you can find it on your credit card statement) and send that to us via the account recovery form. Please do not post the transaction ID on this forum.

    Once you’ve sent us the transaction ID via the account recovery form, we’ll get back to you via email to help you log in to the correct account and cancel the subscriptions.
