Closing the Account

    Hello, I want to close this account permanently but the system keeps telling me that I should manage my purchase first although I have no subscription and all purchases I have now are the themes. Please help me close my account! Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I can remove the themes for you, but you own the themes indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use them again for another site.

    Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
