  I get to the last step of cancelling, type in my name, Abbotttribes, but the button does not light up to cancel. It just loops me back to this page. I WANT TO CANCEL!

  To confirm, you are following the delete account instructions as they are described here?

  I checked your account and there are no longer any upgrades connected – that would be the biggest thing preventing you from shutting your account down. So, you should be able to. The username field may have your username autofilled, but make sure to type it anyway, and the button should light up.
