Closure of Account + Refund

    Hello WordPress, my annual subscription was recently renewed and my card was charged yesterday erroneously. I had attempted to close my account after receiving my 30-day renewal notice (received it yesterday) and it wasn’t deactivated. I’m requesting a closure of my account and a refund of the annual fee, as I will no longer need it. Due to Covid, I recently lost my job and honestly it’s extremely important for me to get this refund quickly.

    I’m requesting a closure of an account as I don’t need it. (email visible only to moderators and staff) I purchased it on April 16, 2020 and today April 17, 2020. I am requesting a full refund. Can someone help.

  • Yes, we can help now that you’re in the right account. What are your plans for the domain therhavonfinancegroup.com? That’s included with your purchase. Is it ok to cancel the domain too?

    I purchased my domain name from google domain.com. So I own it. I’m going thru blue host to host my sight and they already offer word press for me. this is why i need to cancel this.
