Closure of websites

  Dear WordPress staff,

  Hope this email finds you well.

  I would like to permanently delete my sites and any subscriptions linked to the website. However, not sure if it is possible to continue use the google account associated with it, (email visible only to moderators and staff), and how to continue pay for it.

  Hi there!

  The subscriptions are actually associated with another account, hashimalrikabi is just an admin on the site. You would need to reach out to support while connected as muhammadalwaeli to cancel or downgrade your plan.

  As for the GSuite – for a custom email to work, you will need to maintain the custom domain. So you will need to renew your domain, as well as the GSuite subscription. If you prefer to move it to Google directly, we can cancel the subscription on WordPress.com, but either way, the domain must be active in order to use that custom email.
