  I have found myself out of my depth and unable to understand this platform that I purchased yesterday. I would like to request closure of my account and a refund please.

  Can you share the URL of the website that you are looking to get refunded for?

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites or purchases associated with the user account you are posting from.
