Cloudflare and cPanel down when I upgraded to wp pro-build hosting

    When I upgraded to WP Pro-build hosting over 48 hours ago it crashed basically everything. I have no email and cannot access anything that has to do with Cloudflare and cPanel. Our site has not been built yet and was just an upgrade of services before building the site. When calling Bluehost for help they have basically just told me nothing can be done and that I am waiting on migration? Its been about 50 hours now of not having company email and not being able to work on anything for the site. Does anyone know what I can do to get these issues fixed?
