co-operative housing society problems

    dear sir,
i am an owner of a shop in an co-operative housing society and was running a workshop business until now. but lately i wish to change my business and do a mobile food vending business for which i have acquired a shop act license and also applied for a FDA and municipal license.
the business requirement is to semi prepare food in the shop and finish preparation of food in the van and sell it from there. therefore a little bit of cooking will be required in the shop.
now my query is can this society stop me from doing this business? can they cause any interference to me in running this business. since i have permission of food vending from shop act and municipality., can they create any problems for me officially.
kindly give me guidance what steps are to be taken by me to avoid these troubles.

    Step 1. Don’t inquire about such issues here. It’s a WordPress.com blog/website support forum.

    Where do you live?

I would try first the following:

  • local free legal aid societies
  • local support groups for small business owners if such exist
  • See the following guide: How to Get Free Legal Help for Your Business, which contains recommendations aimed primarily at American business owners, but may suggest parallels to those situated elsewhere.
