Code document and url code

    Hello,

    We previously had our website through wordpress.com and worked with a company called MindProtein to set it up. We decided to part ways from their service. They sent me the word doc of code that they instructed to give over when we go to set up our new site. What do I do with this? Can I upload it somewhere to help streamline setup on our site? Are there options on working with someone directly to set up our site quicker for a one time fee? How much is this? If I do it myself what do I do with this word doc of code?
