Hello, I am having issues adding this code to my WP site
I used this tutorial as well as tried to add it through WPBakery Raw HTML and JS blocks but nothing seems working. Am I missing somthing?
Thanks!

Hi there,
Have you tried looking at this documents?:

https://wordpress.com/support/troubleshooting-embed-links-and-shortcodes/Come back here for more questions. Thanks.

Unfortunately the link you shared didn’t work either and if I understand right, it helps to preview a pen, not actually use the code in the page, right?

Hi Yuliia,
I’m sorry it didn’t work out still. You are supposed to be able to embed your codepen in you post.
To embed a Pen from CodePen, you will need to create or edit a Post or Page on your site.
So you should be able to preview the pen on your page or post.
If what you actually mean is to use the code to make changes to your page or site then no. To make changes to your pages using codes, you’ll need to to use custom css which you are able to do so with a plan.
Read more about codes here:
https://wordpress.com/support/code/I’ve also flag this to the staff attention. So come please come back here if you have more questions ok.
Thanks. -
I mean to use the code to make changes to my website. And I actually do it through a different account that our company uses and it does allow custom CSS.

I see. Is your company’s website hosted wit us at WordPress.com or are they using the self-hosted WordPress.org software? What is your site url? Any changes using custom css is only able with our WordPress.com Business plan or eCommerce plan option.
Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted here. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

So you’ll need to seek help from https://wordpress.org/support/
You can find WordPress.org support documents here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
Someone over there will help you out.
Good luck =)
