Colleague cannot access their account

I have a colleague who is unable to access their WordPress site to renew their domain, and cannot login here to post a request for assistance.
They also have tried the account recovery process but the system is not recognising the domain as a wordpress site even though it is. They are therefore unable to contact customer support directly.
Would someone from support be able to contact me please so that I can put you in touch with them to help?
