    My site expired, when I try to renew I cannot get access to the renewal page. I would like to renew the domain.

    Please advice which UN I should use and instructions to complete the process

    Once a domain has expired it will only show in your dashboard for a few weeks. Then it enters the redemption period and it becomes more expensive/difficult to renew. Are you sure you can’t renew the domain? You will of course need to be logged into the correct account to reach the appropriate dashboard. This account is only two hours old and the domain won’t show here. I have added the modlook tag to ask a member of staff if they can assist you. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

    Can you log in as mspencevision ? You’ll want to log in ASAP so you can renew the domain. If you aren’t able to renew the domain at that point, let us know and we’ll help from there.
