Columns in Template all have same text

    Hello, I am working with wordpress template that has standard columns with titles and text. As I start to edit these column’s text the content becomes identical in all columns on that row. In this image the first row is my edits to the template by just editing one column cell. The row below is how the column row started. How do I type in unique content per each cell? Thank you for the help.
