Combining two accounts

  Hi, my supervisor wants to combine her two accounts on wordpress such that they show up on the same dashboard for easier access. Is it possible to do this and keep the emails associated with the two websites separate? Or will we need to change the email address in order for this to work? Also, how do you combine the two accounts?
