Combining Websites

  I have a free site: thedepressionconfessions.wordpress.com
  Today I purchased a self hosted domain on Bluehost: thedepressionconfessions.com
  I imported all of my files & will be using this one going forward. How can I transfer over my followers & stats? Will my new site appear in WordPress reader….because i was getting a lot of interest there.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
