Hi there,
In the Panel theme, the navigation buttons are designed to be evenly spaced underneath the comic. You can see that in the screenshots on the Panel support page or in the Panel theme demo: http://paneldemo.wordpress.com/
It looks like the navigation buttons are lined up that way on your site. If that’s not how you want them, can you describe exactly how you’d like them to be lined up? I can see if I can help you do that using Custom CSS (part of your Custom Design upgrade).
Alternately, you can get expert help with that CSS from the staff and volunteers in our CSS Customization forum:

I think the problem was I had too large of a font, making the navigation buttons too large, so theu were off center and the last one started on a new line. Making the font smaller seemed to realign them perfectly. Thanks!

I’m glad to hear it’s back to the way you want it. :) If there’s anything more I can do to help, just let me know.
