  Hello, i am try to add comment boxes to my webpage, but cannot figure out how. can you give me step by step instructions?

  Your “Autobiography” page already has a comment box. You have no posts in your “Blog”. That is the usual place for comment boxes beneath each post. You can add comment boxes to pages by navigating to the page and clicking on “More options” on the left and “Allow comments”.
