Comment Bubble & Link

  Hi. I have two questions that I cannot for my life fix! Been trying so much and I can’t get these to work.

  1. How can I make it so that there is a comment bubble image to the left of “Comments (#)”, so in essence, the link would extend from the comment bubble to the text link?

  2. Also, how can I make it so that the comment link does not disappear after I click on it and view the responses?

  OK, then I have to give the answer for here at wordpress.com which if you are self-hosted won’t apply.
