Comment form different on mobile compared to desktop

  Does anyone understand how to edit the comment form? For some reason its displaying one version on mobile (which includes a website field) and then another for the desktop. I use MC4WP but I can’t see an option on there to change or edit the form. This is my website: salltsisters.com
