  I can’t seem to get comments to work, used a lot of help pages etc but still no joy. Using Natural Theme and Jetpack with Akismet, on a non WP.Com hosted site.

  I can only see Akismet installed on your site. Jetpack needs to be installed and connected to a WordPress.com account for most of its features to work. Here’s how to install and activate Jetpack:
