We have comments turned off for our posts, but we received an email that a comment is waiting for approval. I visited the post that the user attempted to comment on, and there is no comment field. How did someone access a comment field if we have them turned off?

That’s odd, indeed. However, your site at thedailynavigator.com is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s using the WordPress.org software, and it’s hosted by a different hosting company.
