Comments and Log In/Log Out availability

  I have created my Blog but cannot find the a Like button or Comments Bar where someone can leave a comment. Also I cannot find how I can make the Site private to myself, for me only to be able to Log In and Log Out. I would be very grateful if you could help me with these 2 queries please. Thank you.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can set the blog to private on the Settings->Reading page.

  Comments are not visible on the main page of a blog; they are only visible on the individual posts and pages.
