Comments can’t be entered after posts: ‘127.0.0.1 refused to connect’

    Good afternoon, I’m contacting you today because when a user tries to comment on my site’s posts, it comes up with the error message’ 127.0.0.1 refused to connect.’

    I’ve tried troubleshooting the issue myself. I own a chromebook. I just can’t seem to fix this myself. Could you please assist me?

    I don’t see any WordPress.com sites in your account, only several sites hosted elsewhere and connected here via the Jetpack plugin.
