Comments not threading

    Recently, for no reason I can discover, replies are not being nested under the comment they are replying to. I have changed the number of nest levels once or twice to see if that will fix the problem but no luck. Any ideas?

    Are you positive the options are set right on the blog’s Settings > Discussion page in the dashboard?

    Note that if other people use the main comment form instead of clicking reply, then that would account for the behavior you are describing. Or is the problem happening when you leave replies yourself?

    Yes, and it happens when I use the Reply option myself, but sporadically. It just worked fine, but yesterday it was not working, and I changed nada.
