comments not working

  I am a newbie, I installed the comment form 7 and created the tag, (Contact Form 7 [email email-403 akismet:author_email])
  Now it tells me to –Copy and paste this code into the form–
  I don’t know where to paste it to?

  It sounds as if you’re self hosted. If so, you need to be at wordpress.org. This is wordpress.com and they’re quite different.
