Comments on blog

I recently started up a website through bluehost with WordPress. Everything is working fine except whenever anyone tries to comment on my blog posts they automatically get blocked as a suspected bot. I went into my discussions setting and made sure everything was good. Comments are allowed and the only comment moderation I have had is if it contains 2 or more links. I don’t even have anything in my comment blacklist. I don’t really understand why it isn’t working. I’ve had other people comment things like “testing comment” and it still get blocked
