Comments Showing Up Blacked Out

My followers can’t see their comments. They are blacked out. Any thoughts on what this issue could be? Someone said that it said “site not encrypted”.

I’m sorry but we cannot help because we haven’t a clue how they connect to the internet and to WordPress.com and which browsers and versions of them they use.
Please have those with WordPress.com accounts post into this thread and provide screenshots. They can use http://snag.gy/ to share screenshots so Staff can examine what’s going on. I’d love to figure what’s happening for these readers. However, without more information I’m not sure I’ll be able to do much. Personally, I’m not having any trouble accessing your site.
As timethief said, screenshots would be a great help. As well as having the readers with this issue contact us directly.
