  Hello. I want people to be able to leave a comment after they read my blog. I have done everything regarding the settings- but still you can not se the ‘leave a reply’ box if you read the blog on a computer. However- if you read it on your smart-phone, the ‘please leave a reply’ box is there. Why? Am I missing something?
