  hello, I am looking for a simple solution for a company social network (under 100 employees). We would need every employee to be able to contribute with texts, pictures, web links. I don’t know whether WP is ideal, if so what plan should I choose? thank you for your help.

  Yes, you can use WordPress.com. Each employee would need a WordPress.com user account in order to contribute to the site as described.

  You should start by setting up a p2 theme on a free site to see if you think it’s going to be a good fit for the project before you spend money on it.
