Compilation Fail Error

Hello, I recently was messing with my DNS settings through my host (1and1) and accidentally reset my DNS settings. When I went to log back into my admin account, I couldn’t access it. Eventually I was able to gain access by connecting through an FTP. I found the culprit was a plugin, so I disabled and everything seemed fine (minus the fact that I would like to use that plugin — ‘papercite’ — and the additional fact that I have no idea what resetting the DNS settings had to do with that plugin).
The problem now is that I still get random compilation errors. For example, when I go to adjust the header menu I get the following errors:

I know this is telling me there’s a problem on line 162, and I could go digging for it, but: a) I don’t want to screw with the underlying code of my website, and 2) I get the sense I’m troubleshooting the symptom of a larger problem caused by me resetting the DNS server settings, but I have no idea what that might be. Does anyone here have experience with this, or something similar? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
