Complaint about a renewal I didn’t ask for

I received an email for me to click on a link for my renewal. I didn’t click on the link as I didn’t want to renew my subscription but I’ve been charged and now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. How do I get the refund quicker as you were quick to take the money from my acvount

£51.00 has already been processed as a refund as of today, 2019-04-17. They money has been sent back to your bank. They’re processing times vary, so we suggest following up with them. Then you’ll know when to expect the money to be released from them and in to your individual account.
