  We just had a full site wide crash, even admin user is saying it does not exist.

  https://grindlimitedwordpresscom.wordpress.com/ is up and running but has never been used. What is the URL of your site on the wordpress.com platform? If your site uses the open source wordpress.org, their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  I can not get in the back end of my clients site and neither can they its https://www.tiflorida.org/

  As expected your site uses the open source WordPress.org. you need to post this on their forum at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
