completely screwed up

So I wanted to start this site about a year ago but I had so much other stuff going on, I thought if I just did it I would be able to continue but I was wrong. So a year later when I got the renewal charge I could not find out what email address I used or what account it was coming from I didn’t feel that this forum support was enough for me to help me figure out the problem. So now I am facing what looks like charges that where already charged back to the credit card and fines. So I think the best thing for me to do is to just cancel the while thing.

Are you speaking of ballet2start.wordpress.com? I can see there is currently a pending chargeback on that site.
When you file a dispute for a payment against us, the payment is frozen pending an investigation by our payments processor, the site is locked for all changes, and a chargeback fee is applied to your account that must be paid before you’ll be able to do anything to the site again.
My advice here is that you contact your bank and try to cancel the chargeback. If you’re still able to do that, we might be able to remove the charegback fee and then either restore the upgrades to your account, or refund your renewal payment from November if you prefer.
If it’s too late to cancel it, we’ll have to wait for our payments processor to complete their investigation. Then they will either refund you directly, or if the dispute is closed in our favor we’ll be able to close it after they refund us.
