    I cannot complete registration and purchase because your site does not allow me to register my email address ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’, even though I already own the domain have this email address. Help please!

    I see that you are already using that email address on the account you’re contacting us from. What are you trying to purchase and what’s the exact error you’re receiving?
