Completing registration

    I don’t want you to host my domain, and I don’t want you to be my registrar. I own my own domain and will personally host my domain. Yet, you leave no option but to relinquish some control of my domain or hosting over to you. If this is the options necessary to register with WordPress, then delete the information I’ve provided so far and we’ll go our separate ways.

    It isn’t necessary to register an account here at WordPress.com if you’re planning to host your own site (presumably using the WordPress.org software).
