Dear wordpress, this site has copied my site and used Content Images Spinner. As you can see starting and ending paragraphs, they are copied and spinned using a spinner. Even internal links are placed in the same place. He just Delete my Post And Images

Hi there, that site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, so you will have to go through the web host for the site to file a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
We do have the following support page that will help get you started on filing a DMCA notice with their web host.

I would also suggest doing a whois search so that you have all the information for your records: https://whois.icann.org/en (I typically use this site, but there are a lot of whois sites out there)
