Hi! I am here to file a complaint. I am not trying to be rude or anything, I just think that more people should be aware of this. I used to be using Canva to make my site, but it didn’t have all the features I needed. So I came over here and got a personal plan, but the whole WordPress platform is just so not user friendly. I find it really hard to navigate as a newby, and I suggest that you guys try to make it more user friendly and straight-forward to attract more people who are not so tech experienced, people like me. I don’t want to have to get a degree in computer science to navigate this site off the bat. I know that you have tutorials, but I think no one really wants to spend an hour + on watching and trying to follow what’s being taught. I think you guys should make this platform a lot more like Canva, just with more features, and a lot less like a computer system that NASA would use to engineer their rockets. Just simplify things! Thank you for your time.

A long time ago I also switched from another CMS to WordPress and it took some time to get used to the new interface et all. And that’s quite normal.
Instead of messing around, just take a little bit of your time to learn using the wordpress.com platform. Believe me or not but wordpress.com is considered to be the easiest CMS, it is very userfriendly and has a gentle and easy learning curve compared to other CMS as Joomla, Drupal, … which are much more complex.

Hi! Thank you so much for your reply! First of all, I would like to apologize for the way I said things. I was frustrated at the time and didn’t think about what I was saying as much as I should have. I’m so sorry about that! Thank you for your advice, support, time and patience! I’ll look into that. I am having a hard time with the design/website appearance, but I think I will just watch more tutorials and see if that answers my questions. Then I’ll come back here if I still have problems.
