  Nobody is going to email you. No dead people are answering questions in the tech forums either.

  What are your questions, assuming you have already searched through the Support documents?

  Indeed, I have searched through the forums and etc. However, I didn’t see anything saying that its alright to publish something if you cite it and all that.

  What I am trying to do is post my courses outline onto my site portfolio for professionals and etc to see.

  If you created it and you own the copyright, you can post it on your blog.

  It is NOT okay to post original works by others “if you cite it” unless you have permission.
