  Hi,

  I am a developer on a team with a WordPress business account, and we would like to set up a time to talk with a representative or someone experienced with wordpress about the product… I read somewhere that this is called Concierge Service, and I would like to set that up, or any meeting with an experienced WordPress developer, to go over how WordPress can help us to achieve the goals we have in mind for our site, thank you,

  So they don’t think they got it to the best of their knowledge,

  The site we’re trying to build is https://emisydney.com

  The site is hosted through bluehost.com but we are confident that we have a wordpress business account,

  Could we set up a concierge service, or some conversation with someone as to some of the things that WordPress (and any plugins…) can do to help us accomplish what we’re going for with our site? Thank you,

  Hi Ken,

  WordPress.com Business Plans can only be bought for sites hosted on WordPress.com. It’s not possible to buy one for a site hosted with another provider like Bluehost, and we don’t offer concierge sessions for sites hosted elsewhere.

  That site is also not connected to any WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, so there’s no Jetpack plan purchased for that site either.

  We’re not able to provide support for sites not hosted with us, but support for the version of WordPress you’re using for that site is primarily found in the WordPress.org forums, here:

  https://wordpress.org/support/

  That support is provided by the community that makes and maintains the WordPress software.

  To find out how to do specific things you can also look at tutorial sites like wpbeginner.com, or even search for video tutorials on Youtube, and there are hundreds of Facebook groups for everything from beginner to advanced users, should you need advice. Chances are there’s a Facebook group for WordPress users in your area, where you might be able to find someone who can give you in-person help or refer you to a local developer who might be able to help you, should you need it.

  You might also be able to get support for the WordPress software directly from Bluehost – some of their hosting plans include that, so perhaps try contacting them as well.
