Confirmation email

    I work in a school and as part of our ICT curriculum we need to use wordpress and publish our blogs. I have set up 5 different accounts for children to log into and use. But to be able to publish them I need to respond to the confirmation email they receive but after several attempts I do no get any even trying different email accounts and searching the junk folder. Many thanks.

    Thanks! I checked our records, and the emails to those users are being rejected by your school’s email provider. Here’s the message we’re getting when those emails are rejected:

    Blocked by SafeMail rules

    Can you please contact your school’s email provider or email administrator to ask them to allow emails from WordPress.com? Alternately, your students could update the email address used in their account settings to an email address from another provider.

    Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

    Hi there we are still not getting the email even though looking on safemail the email addresses are configured to receive email from anybody. Please could you see if you are getting the same error message. Many thanks
