Hi there,
Because our emails aren’t getting through to you, can you try updating the email address in your account settings to a version of your email address without any extra dots/periods in it? That is, the address (email visible only to moderators and staff) instead of (email visible only to moderators and staff).

hey Rachel,, yes for some reason it keeps coming up in my holyemail account and not my m.o.b.e. account,,, and the email verification says pending review to let the email be m.o.b.e.

Can you please try using the version of your email address without the extra dots in it? That is, instead of writing it as “m.o.b.e.” please try writing it as “mobe.” Let me know if you have any questions about that.

ok I will try , but the dots are in my email,, hold on will try taking it off of word press
