confirmation email not being sent to address to confirm account

  I created a site and the confirmation email is not being sent as I want to be able to change menu items and publish, this is the second time this has happened, it happened on another site and now I need to have the same thing done to this site, the site is firestorm597930830.wordpress.com and the email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), thank you!
