Confirmation of new account never arrived in email at (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  My confirmation email for my new account never came. I have asked for it several times. It should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) The account is open but nothing comes from wordpress.com for me to confirm the wordpress account so I can’t blog! Help!
